Today, Fios announced that long-time Fios spokesperson Mary Mack has resigned. She will be joining ZyLab as 'enterprise technology counsel'. According to the EDDUpdate blog, "She will work from the company's California offices, and start her new post on  November 7,  after more than a decade with the Portland, Ore.-based e-discovery provider (Fios) as its corporate technology counsel." In addition to serving as Fios' corporate technology counsel, Mary is a regular on the legal technology speaking circuit, serves on many industry boards and is the author of the eDiscovery blog, Sound Evidence.
