Papp brings extensive experience in investment banking in the software and services industries. He will be responsible for enhancing Workshare's business partnerships and strategic relationships.

Papp's previous position was as a principal at Pagemill Partners, a premier investment bank, where he oversaw over 30 public, private and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and follow on and initial public offerings. His experience executing software technology business deals started in his earlier positions with Montgomery & Co. and Robertson Stephens."
